Standard packages are shipped by us via DHL, while large deliveries are sent through freight shipments.

DHL Standard

• Delivery within 3-5 working days in Germany, typically.

• Shipment tracking with DHL Tracking.

 

Freight Standard

• Delivery within 5-8 working days in Germany, typically.

• Delivery by the freight company is available from Monday to Friday only.

• Delivery date is coordinated by phone: The freight company will call you to determine the most convenient time for delivery (8-hour time window).

• Delivery 'free curbside': The transportation to the point of use, as well as the disposal of packaging and pallet, is the responsibility of the customer.
